How do I find your fonts and motifs?

Under the customization tab as well as the drop down listed on all items. If you are looking for something in particular and do not see it there, please message me on Instagram or email me. We specialize in custom orders and are always expanding our options!

All motifs and fonts are customizable (thread colors etc)

We also frequently feature designs on our instagram. Check the highlights there!

How do I ensure I am typing my monogram correctly? 

Please enter all monograms and names as you would like them stitched. For girls and standard monogram fonts with a capital in the center, this is often fLm (first, last, middle). For boys, you may choose FML (first, middle, last)

If you are not sure, please feel free to message me or select, please reach out before stitching. 

I need an item quicker than what your turnaround time is. Can I rush an item?

This answer varies. We do not always keep items in stock. Please reach out to us directly before proceeding with your order. If we are able to, we will send you an invoice for "Rush Production". Please note, this is for rush production only and not shipping. If you need shipping expedited as well, please send me a message so I can include the shipping upgrade. Price varies based on item turnaround time and season. 

What is your current turnaround time?

Our current turnaround time is listed in the agreement on each item. This time does not include shipping time, so you will need to account for that when planning as well. If any issues arise with our wholesalers, we will reach out via email. 

Do you have a storefront?

We are online only. We do get to serve our local shoppers with a local pickup option near Knoxville, TN. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will email you the address and time for pickup!

How do I contact you?

We love serving and meeting our customers, and we’re available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST through email or online chat. Emails will be responded to within 72 hours during those weekdays unless otherwise posted.

How do I care for my items?

Most of our apparel can be washed on delicate with like colors in cold water and mild detergent and laid flat or hung to dry. We’ll let you know in the product description if something is dry clean only. We recommend using a steamer for any wrinkles, and to avoid irons as they can damage delicate fabrics.  

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All items are final sale. If there is something incorrect with your order please email me at info@ecstitches.com within 24 hours of receiving your item and I will work with you to get it taken care of as soon as possible. Any incorrect items must be shipped back to us within 7 days. 

Coupons 

Unless specifically stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes to purchase merchandise. Coupon codes do not apply to sale items, unless specifically stated otherwise. Coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase, and cannot be applied retroactively. Use of a coupon on our site indicates you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions that apply to the specific discount, and to purchasing from us through our website.

Coupon codes and promotional discounts do not carry over to exchanged items, unless the new item for exchange is the same product style as the previous purchase and within 14 days.
